Process Mentor is developed by Object Consulting Pty Ltd.
Object is an innovator in the arena of developing quality software solutions and has established a reputation for technical excellence.
Object's pioneering stance towards the development and implementation of best practice component-based software development standards and processes in the early 1990's led to the development of Process Mentor as a methodology for Object's own customer engagement, project management, and risk mitigation.
Process Mentor proved to be so successful in delivering software projects, customers approached Object about purchasing the methodology for their own internal use and Process Mentor was developed as an external product. Process Mentor has been sold as a commercial product since 1995.
Process Mentor continues as the embodiment of Object's successful software delivery track record. Object uses Process Mentor on all commercial engagements, to consistently deliver projects on time and to budget. In parallel our clients began to use Process Mentor in new and innovative ways. This has lead to the development of Process Mentor into a product suite which supports a broad range of project and operational based activities without losing the depth and experience which impassioned our clients in the first place. Further addition to Process Mentor has seen the development of enactment functionality fully supporting teams in their development environments, project portals, and scheduling tools.
Process Mentor remains at the forefront of software engineering, project and portfolio management, risk management, and operational best practice standards through continuous research, development, refinement and improvement via internal and customer application.
