About Carl Rogers
Carl Rogers is a Principal Consultant and Process Development Architect for Process MeNtOR, Object Consulting’s own component-based software development methodology and a strategic piece of intellectual property for the company.
Carl has over 20 years of experience in information management and analysis gained across the finance, defence and commercial airline industries. He has worked with all major software development methodologies and technologies and thrives on aligning business processes to appropriate technologies in order to deliver innovative solutions.
Prior to being promoted to his current role he held the position of Supervising Consultant within Object’s Capability Improvement Division. Here he focused on delivering properly planned, managed and tracked capability improvement initiatives to improve an organisations ability to deliver quality software.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) as well as an Associate Member of the Australian Computer Society.
Carl is a long time supporter of the Carlton Football Club ... and therefore hates Collingwood with a passion.
